Fundraising update

Update 17th July 2021 – A really important date, our first post COVID fundraiser. Judy’s Aunty Maggie & Uncle Mick held a garden party in aid of The Judy D’cruz Fund. The money raised on the night is still coming in but to date £1137.50 has been raised. A lot of work went into what was a fabulous party thank you Maggie & Mick. Mick & Maggies granddaughter Ruby (aged 9) was absolute star helping all night and ensuring loads of raffle tickets were sold. Thank you Ruby!!. To donate to Judy’s fund just click here

2020 – Has been a tough year for fundraising with COVID 19. We have however rasied some funds via a massive contribution in Memory of  our good friend Paul Jepson who passed away due to a Brain Tumour. It means that we have now raised over £50k. Watch this space for some new ideas we have in the pipeline.

2019 – We have had some marvellous events and raised £11, 055.17 and at the end of the year the fund climbed to a total of £47,170.17

On January 25th we raised £730 with a great Live Music Night at The Fatlin Pub in Hornchurch

Om March 12th our friends at The Post Office did a bake sale. It was great day spent with people who have been great supporters. Amount raised to be finalised soon but i suspect its in the region of £500
On March 15th a Cake Bake at St Barts Hospital raised £430. Thanks you for all those indivduals ( In particular Sharon Cove and Samantha Smith )  and local bakeries ( Greggs,Godfreys,  Scrums, Prestons ) who helped us out. Without cakes we cannot have cake sales !!

We are looking forward to 2020 when we will have a number of events in place. We are delighted to aanounce that our good friend James Adams is running the London Marathon for The JUdy D’cruz Fund
